Born in Guyana, Natural Black moved to Jamaica in 1995 to pursue a musical career beginning with releases for Beres Hammond, Freddie McGregor and Jack Scorpio. After four albums and many successful hits, he joined up with King Jammy to record material for the 2007 release 'Jah Guide'. Featuring many of the King's hit riddims including 'Solomon', 'Fresh' and 'Water Pumping', the album showcases Natural Black's ablility to write and perform catchy, meaningful songs which cover various topics including matters of the heart, roots, reality and culture.
